Refund and Cancellation Policy
Customers can only return/exchange those products on our website that has not been customized. Product(s) must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Damaged goods will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the claim and replacement product will be sent within 7 business days. It would be at sole discretion of Onaix Corporate Gifts Pvt Ltd to accept the returns, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the company.
For replacement / refund the product must be returned within 7 business days from the date of delivery, failing which the warranty will be void and customer will not be eligible for any replacement or refund as delay would be considered as usage of product by customer.
We will replace the product once we receive the original shipment from customer within the mentioned time frame. Replacement will only be done if the customer’s claim is found to be correct post verification.
Photographs will be required for the dispute. Damaged goods will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the claim and replacement product will be sent within 7 business days. If we are not able to replace the product we will then refund the money in full.

Customer can cancel the order before shipment through e-mail. Order will be cancelled in a week and full amount will be refunded through Check/Bank Transfer after reviewing the return case.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10-15 working days but in case of payments by cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the check to be delivered to your billing address.
This policy is only for customers in India and we would be unable to provide exchange returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost. If transaction is processed more than once for the same order, the additional amount paid will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
Refunds will be processed via same source as the payment mode i.e., if the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. However, if the payment mode was Check or DD, we will send you a check (not a DD). Checks will be mailed only to the billing address of the customer.

Returns are easy, simply follow these steps

Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are free for orders above Rs. 10,000 within Hyderabad region. For other orders, delivery charges will be as per the location and weight and will be mentioned before check-out.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. It may differ from one item to another.
These items will also be mentioned as “In Stock”. For all areas services by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3-5 business days. For other areas (Jammu & Kashmir), orders will be sent by registered post through the Indian postal service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and, wherever we can, through our logistics partner. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship government registered book post or speed post.
Delivery times are estimated only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfill and certain services may be removed during our seasonal sales, periods of promotional activity or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather.
